Just to chuck my 2-bits worth in here..., I have just finished R&Ring the steering box on my '39 Six and, as such, had the steering wheel off and apart. Re the wheel on the car on Craig's list, it does not have the inner chrome horn ring, which I believe was standard with the '39 'deluxe' version. (shown in the submitted attachment) I got the inner horn button remade in the last round of Yesterday's Radio's manufacturing; not sure where to look now. The inner chrome ring on my wheel was broken (120 degrees missing between 2 of the 3 spokes) and I was unable to track one down, so reinstalled it anyway. Doesn't look too bad but would sure love to find one. Good luck.
