WDO Carter Carb float adj

My 1942 Packard uses a Carter WDO 531S carburetor. I want to adjust the float level to the correct level. To set this it calls for a level gauge #T109-154 which I do not have. Can anyone tell me what the dimension of this gauge is? I cannot find this dimension anywhere. If any of you have this gauge, could you measure it for me to where I can perhaps make my own gauge?
