Before anyone can suggest how to fix, you first should determine why they are hard to close:

-Simple door alignment problem?
-Door frame sprung?
-Door jamb sprung?
-Hinges bent?
-Hinge pins worn?
-body to frame cushions need alignment/replacement?
-etc.
