1924 Packard Air/Oil Shocks

Hi Packard Friends,
my car has this 4 Air/Oil Pressure Shocks patendet by G. Westinghouse NY in 1916. Looks like that this Shocks are a very rare optional equipment on cars at this early 20th.
I found any pictures shows mounted this pieces mostly on Piers Arrow Cars. I found the Patend script but no further infromations.
On my car one shock had a broken Airvalve. I fixed this and meanwhile all Shocks are in function. I rebuild the 4 missing Valvecups.
The Shocks hold the airpressure, but I don`t know what is the "normal" airpressure... what kind of fluid and what is the level this Shocks need.
Ill be happy about any informations about that.
