Where can I get the clutch and pressure Plate for my 1938 V12 Club seran?

Where can I get my Clutch and Pressure Plate for my 1938 Club Sedan rebuilt without getting raped? Also need a new throw out bearing for same car or mine rebuilt if that is possible.
