About the only modern option for a drop in electric is Newport Engineering's kitnewportwipers.com/product-category/cars/packard/ but the motor is 12v. To use their setup on 6v will require an additional power inverter which is offered separately in their accessories section.newportwipers.com/product/6-to-12-volt-power-inverter/

Have you considered sending your vacuum motor to Ficken Wiper Servicerebuildingtricowipers.com and having it rebuilt. Many have done that instead and it will cost considerably less than the electric conversion. A rebuilt vacuum motor will work as new providing the rest of the vacuum & plumbing setup is in good condition.
