Horn Repair

Pulled the horn off the car and the wiring coming from inside the horn was so brittle the outer shield just disintegrated.

The back of the horns are riveted on. Is there a way to rebuild these horns wiring and all?????? can they be powder coated??????(plastic parts inside).

Or is there someone out there that goes through these horns?
