You might check out some of the places that specialize in general restoration fasteners such as Restoration Supplyrestorationstuff.com or Restoration Specialtiesrestorationspecialties.com Also look into places that supply kits for other brands. The kit places won't have Packard specific but a lot of the period fasteners were common to other mfgs. A kit for a Ford or Chevy might have a few you can use and may also sell some individual fasteners in bulk if you see any that might work.amkproducts.com/fastener_kits.htm
