The 385S will probably be OK in the short term. The venturis are the same diameter but some of the jets are different, so not ideal but may still work.

Chris,
The main difference on the 530S from the 477S is the presence of the CarStarter switch which is redundant for cars with a pushbutton starting switch. The remaining specifications are pretty much the same.
