When I did my 42 convertible about 15 years ago I used lords 403-1 and -2 epoxy, The Steele rubber had 4 pieces and was difficult to get each piece to fit before gluing in place. To hold the rubber tight in the valleys I used PVC pipe held down with a sheet of plywood, and dozens of clamps. It was a very difficult project and I would guess to prep the metal after burning off the old rubber and having the boards media blasted and primed and and getting the rubber on I had 70 to 80 hours invested it the project. At least the rubber looks better then bed liner.
