looks like your hopes are dashed. Although there are a lot of hubcaps, most are for Post WW2 Packards. About half are reasonable, the rest are probably headed for the scrap bin. Only 7 Pre WW2. 5 - PACKARD SUPER EIGHT, 1 - PACKARD - EIGHT and 1 - PACKARD SIX. The PACKARD SIX hubcap is dinged and scratched with dimensions of "about" 9&7/8" outside diameter and 7&7/8" for the inside opening diameter.
Parts picked up yesterday included 2 x '48-'50 grills, 3 pairs of '51-'54 Clipper/Packard fender skirts, pair of used '52 tailights incl bezels and lenses, NOS tailight lenses, NOS and used trim pieces and lots more. Looks like I've got my work cut out in identifying all the bits, let alone the hubcaps!
