Thanks for the replies! I agree with your interpretation of the theft proof numbers and appreciate your sharing of the side view of an identified Rollston All Weather Town Car.

I've also located this auction result for a different example of the same car from RM Sotheby's with a rather detailed description including this snippet:

These records of Blackman's referenced by the auction copywriter, are they a published work? It seems like it would be pretty easy to figure out the who/what/where/etc... of these photos if there are only two others out there.

Do you know if is Blackman still around and/or accessible via email, etc....? I've found some reference to him online, but nothing indicating he's authored books or published a database of any kind on the subject. Thanks again!
