1940 110 Body mounts, bolts & shims

I'm wondering if anyone can share a picture or diagram of how the body mount bolts and soft & hard shims are fitted between the body and frame.

The car was taken apart 5 years ago and there were no reference pictures taken at that time. We're almost ready to shim & bolt it down.
