I did see in a '33 document where that location was indicated. Apparently in the '36 too.
I have a '37 with the independent front suspension and cannot find a frame number in that same location. I do realize that Packard did not use frame numbers as vehicle ID. Registering an old car in Texas that's been off the books for decades presents some challenges. There are a few options as to what number to use and I want to cover my bases.
