I don't know about the interchangeability of the grilles, but I do have a question about body styles brought on by your forum name and the photos of your 1939 Packard. I was of the understanding that limousines have a partition between the driver and passenger compartments and may have extra stowable seats; while 7-passenger sedans may look like a limousine and have the same seating arrangement do not have a partition. Or, is name Limousine a body style term with wide use and may mean whatever the manufacturer wants, like roadster?
