Top notch refers to an excellent restored show car. Regarding the sale that is higher than the 70K, there are always exceptions like a 115 convertible that sold for well over 100K at Barrett Jackson a few years ago.

If I was going to spend that money you refer to, I'd buy a light eight convertible.
