Placement for coil and horns in a 38 eight

Can anyone provide a photograph showing how the coil and horns are secured on the engine of a 1601 (38 eight)? The parts book shows the coil as being somehow secured to the plug wire harness (spark plug wire tube assembly). Not really certain where the horns go. Laurie's car had a cobbled together solution, and we would like to get it right.

Also, the parts book specifies an "Autolite spl 12 volt" 16th series juniors. First, why a 12 volt coil? Second, what would a modern equivalent be?
