Aren't the knobs and shafts on those one piece and come out when the retaining nut holding the assy is removed so the shaft/hook can tilt & separate from switch? If careful, those switches can be opened. Unless one of the terminals is damaged or burned, they probably can be cleaned & repaired rather than replaced.

If the switch has been overheated causing a problem, there may be corrosion at one of the connections somewhere along the line. A relay or two operated by the headlight or dimmer switch to provide current directly to lights as suggested & shown on other threads here would also help extend the life of older switches.
