Bumper with bumper lights was a period non-factory accessory, just as the Woodlites were. Or at least I'm not aware that Woodlite accessories were ever listed in a Packard accessory listing. They are not listed in the Packard accessory list of March 1929. So "are they original?"; I guess in the strictest and traditional sense of the word, no, unless Packard fitted them for a trade show exhibit car or the like and you have documentation to that effect.

Here's a couple of others, 7-45 by Waterhouse and an L-29. The Waterhouse was photographed at the Asheville NC PAC National in 1993?
