Pulfer & Williams was the original manufacturer and continues to supply this type of item; whether they have this specific item I don't know. The company changed hands a few years ago with the passing of the founder's family, I believe the business continues with new ownership, LaVine Restorations.http://www.pulferandwilliams.com/

I'm a bit confused when you say you have 1 missing; if I'm not mistaken you should only have one (lower cowl, right side).
