It's interesting that you would use the maroon and black packard in the picture above as this is the same picture that I've been photo-shopping to experiment with different colors and features.

But notice that the top is black, while the upper body is maroon. Based on the other e-mials, shouldn't the top be maroon? Is this an "Island top" or a "formal top" and how can you tell the difference? I believe mine is the same as in the picture (whatever that is).

Also, I was planning on using the khaki color for the spare tire covers as well as the pin striping and was thinking that I could use the same color for the top. I have easy access to a real leather (the grain looks just like the Elk grain to me) has bettern stretchability than vinyl, and is only slightly more expensive. Am I violating another rule if I use a light tan leather on the top?
