NoRol is Attached to my 1082 Master Cylinder?

Got back from a quick vacation and removed the master cylinder. Lo and behold it is a NoRol unit, way to go Howard. Below are some pictures. Only thing is it says Wagner on both the master cylinder and on the NoRol unit. I wonder when this was put on this car? Wonder if its worth rebuilding and putting on one of my 37's? Looks like the shaft is gone but the adjuster is still there.
