Well, someone shared with me the glove box lock has a case sleeve that holds it in place. My searches for Packard specific have come up mostly fruitless, but there are other ones out there. Those include some that are not cast. After seeing one, I can either A) Pay the big bucks, B) Fabricate my own, C) Tweak a cheap one from another manufacture.

I'm pondering my options.
