For somebody who wants to restore it the value is negative, meaning it requires more money than it is worth.

I just don't see more than $10 grand. If somebody needs the fuel pump they may pay more and try to sell the rest to recover. But even if the motor sounds good on start up that doesn't mean it can be driven alot. So you have to factor in a motor job. If you hire a contractor with a crane you can do that yourself, but it is a prodigious task.
In the old days hobbyists avoided the V-12 because it is heavy equipment requiring a shop.

When the car was new it cost about twice the price of the typical American home. That makes it a very expensive proposition.

I realize I just made enemies of every Packard dealer in the country but what will happen to this car is it will be taken apart and stay apart like so many others. Then it will not be worth more than $10 grand.
