Finally got through to Packard Carburetors, Ltd. Below is the email reply I received. After setting up carburetor/parts details with David I will be personally picking up these parts when I travel south. Will keep you posted.

Edward, Yes we are still in business and we are prospering! We have relocated to Spokane, Washington area to be close to our vendors. What area in Canada are you traveling from as we are not close to Reno any longer (we are on I-90 interstate).
I will make every effort to facilitate your personal delivery of your carburetor or parts. What do you need for parts and what type of fuel pump do you have on your carburetor Gravity or Electrical?
