This would be a no-brainer. The 1940 160 advertised in Hemmings is a MUCH nicer car for what I would consider a reasonable amount of money. Again, all is based on the condition of the engine (the same engine in both cars).
If it were my choice, I wouldn't take a second longer to decide and pick the 1940.
PLUS, the 1940 has OVERDRIVE!!!
