Looks like the inner trim disc on the right fits the 1941-120 and the 1941 clipper both which have 15" wheels. The 1942 Packard Eight (120) conv. used a hub cap with the red hex surrounded 3 concentric rings. The hub cap with the emblem was only used on sr. cars.
