I can't quite make out from the photo if that's a 338 or a 339. Both would correspond to a 6th Series Standard Eight on the 126 inch wheelbase; 338 is the 2-4 passenger coupe and 339 the 2-4 passenger convertible coupe. Off the top of my head the sequential numbering in the 6th Series began at 1 so you'd have the 664th such car built.

With the exception of 1899 thru 1903 and some very limited production in Canada between 1931 partway thru 1939 (mostly though not exclusively RHD cars for Canada and export), all Packards were produced in Detroit, Michigan.
