I believe so. One is a heater only, the other is a heater defroster unit.

How many of us have bought a project understanding that the engine was rebuilt. Then, after it's all put together, we find out the engine wasn't quite rebuilt after all. That is why it's impossible to get top dollar for a car that doesn't run. The wise thing to do is to assume that the engine needs to be rebuilt, and pay accordingly.
