I thank everyone for all of the help. I removed the oil cooler and it was not the problem, the gasket between the cooler and plate appeared to be bad. I cleaned everything up, made a new gasket and flushed the system and everything seems to be good now. I changed the oil and the old oil looked to be free of any water. I was able be drive it this past weekend.
