Highlander, I guess I'm a bit confused on this, can't you just purchase the needed ring and pinion set from whomever took over the Phil Bray inventory?

I do have a complete spare 1934 1100/1101/1102 differential, not sure if I'd be willing to part with it, but it's either a 4.36 or a 4.69 so I assume you have no interest.
