28 bendix brake reassembly

Dismantled the front end and had the brake shoes relined. Refurbished everything on the axle and am putting everything back together and need confirmation of order.
The steady rest (3 ea) I believe uses a large fender washer on the outside of the shoe frame then spring then small washer and cotter pin.
The secondary shoe anchor pin uses a large washer, split lock washer then nut.
Please either confirm or correct my order.
