The Bendix service bulletin shows the cotter pin but does not tell me the order of installation of the spring behind the cotter pin. Am I to assume the order is brake shoe, large fender washer, spring, small washer and then cotter pin?
Also what is the order of the items holding the brake shoe at the secondary shoe anchor?
