to PackardInfo, that handle could identify a lot like that here!
Believe there are a number of '40's which use the same garnish moulding, see the photo below from the 35-41 Parts List. Think that although different part numbers, only because of the different woodgrain finishes on them, that #'s 342977, 353470, 357044 & 342978 should interchange.
And I invite you to include your '40 110 4 door Sedan in the Packard Owner's Registry!
