According to Jim Hollingsworth's book:

The woodgrains were used on the instrument panels and window reveals.

The Carpathian Elm Burled was used only in the 180. The Mottled Aspen was the Early grain for the 110, 120, @ the 160.
Sapele Mahogany Tan & Gray were introduced later in the year. That makes 6 different grain for the 1940 Packards.

I did not research the part Numbers.
