When you say sticking does that mean they are dragging on the sill or rubbing against the B piilar?

The best first step is to check the uniformity of the door gaps. Next check that front hinge. It usually never gets oiled and can wear. If the door gaps aren't even and the hinges are good then shimming the body a little might fix the problem without tearing into wood. Bad wood will diagnose at the same time you are checking the hinges. If everything seems secure I would shim the body.

If the sticking is due to the door snubbers being gummy they can be replaced.

If the problem is in the wood and you don't plan on tearing the interior out to replace wood the West Systems company has some products that you can use to stabilize the situation. I actually used injection of their stuff to shore up wooden artillery wheels. I was very surprised at how well it worked.
