Yes, there are adjustable reamers but the ones I have and those I've seen available don't include any that small. You could just measure the shaft, add a appropriate clearance (maybe 0.005"?) and go to a machine tool store and buy the appropriate size? You might browse MSC Industrial Supply on-line for reamers.
