Yes, it is an EIGHT. The bumper ends and as Owen notes the headlamp glass. With a Su8 or Twelve the lens has a V-shape to match the grille shell. The Twelve headlamp bucket and fender lamps had a small fin top and bottom.

Two things about the car. One, my guess is that tan/with chocolate trim paint job was done in the late 70s or early 80s when that combo was the trend. Now it looks stale. Actually surprised it did not come with the ubiquitous orange painted wire wheels and pinstripping.

Two, those fender lights are wrong - they come from an earlier car, say 1930.
