I thought the last rumble seats in Packard Coupes were in '37, so one in a '38 doesn't sound right

Just in the "senior" series of cars:

#1118 - '38 Super Eight 2-4 passenger coupe
#1138 - '38 Twelve 2-4 passenger coupe
#1238 - '39 Twelve 2-4 passenger coupe
