I sent another email to Jim Walther, director of the National Atomic Museum about their project. I included a link to this forum discussion as follows:

Jim,

We emailed each other some months ago about the Museum's Packard Restoration project. i suggested to you that it is a 1942 clipper not a 1941 model. Several of my fellow Packard Lovers on the Packard information website have identified this vehicle as a 1942 Clipper.
