I got an email response from Jim Walther, Dir of the Nat'l Atomic Museum today. He says he will REGISTER the Atomic Packard on PInfo website. (How ya' like them apples, Mal). Here is his response:

Dan, We will register it in April when it is completed. Our confusion is with the title and bill of sale that indicate 41. Thanks.

So, we may get this 41/42 Clipper stretch limo on the website owners registry ain April. Neat!
