I doubt it.
There was a photo of that V/N plate on a website (Flickr?). I will suggest that Jim include a photo of the VN plate and the before-after photos when he posts. MAYBE I should suggest that he make a Project Blog on PInfo devoted to the Atomic Packard. It is a Museum Car, so a blog would be just an extension of the 'exhibit' of the Packard.

Also, Jim's response is unclear to me:

Does he mean a bill of sale from 1941?
Does he refer to a bill of sale from a junk dealer/seller from 200_? when the car was saved from the crusher?
I suspect the later.
