Sidemount spare wheel locks

Does anyone know of a source for the spare wheel locks on the side mounted spares for the cars of the '20's. I believe they were called Oak locks and were used on different makes. The fit into the center of the sidemount wheel cover to prevent access to the mounting nut.
They used to be available from Henry Yeska
