I retrieved the 37 today to do some work on it and take it for a nice 20-mile drive. One of the jobs was securing the new Optima battery. Here are photos of the horn relay wiring connections on my car. I moved the horns from being mounted on the engine to the cowl wall, but used the original wiring and made no changes there.

I believe the 120Bs have different horns, but are probably wired in the same manner as mine. The large wire (center terminal) comes from the battery post on the starter relay. The small (end terminal) wire comes from the horn button that is routed through the steering column and box. A wire goes to each horn (end terminal). The relay is grounded through the case's mounting bracket. This is a typical horn relay setup.
