the problem with a 37 pump is making the pulley fit on it. the belt is different from stock to run the modern alternator. if the pulley and fan will fit on a 37 pump...then happy day, but I'm not sure if it will. would have to have one in had to compare...or see pictures and measure the bolt holes and the spacing for the belt.


this poor car...shakes head. see my blog for pictures as I already took the pump off. there was indeed 4 bolts as OZ said. doesn't look like anything was drilled in the block.

usps is indeed capable, but then I wouldn't get to drive down with my lady and pass through Dublin canning plant and the car museum and get to show this weird ass thing to Feltz myself. I have to call him first to make sure he will be there when I come. its only 1.5 hours to drive there. non the less...usps may take the baton.
