dry air cleaner, choke works perfectly, heat riser works.

I maintain the car in a near perfect factory condition so you can see why I am so frustrated.

On the open road cruising at interstate speeds it registers the coolant at slightly above center line, just like the manual says. As soon as I stop it goes to hot while waiting for the light to change green. Usually it returns to idle, but sometimes it quits.
