BDC, if you really want to take good care of your 32, you need to get a copy of the Service Letters. The images below were scanned from my bound copy which didn't open far enough without breaking the binding to get a full scan, were it me I'd buy the reprint set from PAC.
Note it's more than a vacuum assist clutch, its a semi-automated clutch, a very early version of Electromatic. As OZ indicatged, quite a few auto makers had such devices in this time period.
