Sorry for the late reply, Michael - it took me until a few days ago to find the correct answer from a 3rd series twin six owner I know. According to him, it takes a particularly special spanner wrench. If you need a drawing of the precise Packard part, or further assistance I would be glad to put you in touch with him.
