Emergency brake lever installation confirmation

Can anyone confirm that this is the correct installation of the emergency brake lever on a 1928 5th series? I need to make sure the conical washer/spacer is correct. Will wheel bearing grease work to lubricate the bronze bushing or do I need something heavier?
