News to me, but then I seem to learn something every day. I'm guessing the shell cover is basically the chromed cover that fits in the center of the wheel where the hub protrudes. I did not know there were two different sizes for 1930, other than the smaller series used a 20-inch wheel while the larger series used the 19-inch wheel.
